Class Evaluation Form – This is to be passed out on the final night of class. Provide one evaluation form per family unit with the option of filling it out after the class or to take home and mail back to you. (Providing a pre-addressed envelope will help ensure returns.) These responses are a great way to help evaluate your teaching and mentoring efforts and will provide insights as to how well your class participants understood the principles presented in Growing Kids God’s Way. You might consider posting some of the responses on your church website or include one or two in the next church wide newsletter.
