This is always an exciting and productive time for our staff and the many workshop presenters whose ministry knowledge and life experience provides an unmatched source of collective wisdom.
When you think about what makes a successful leader, perhaps the most important quality is his or her strength of conviction. Without conviction there can be no confidence, without confidence there can be no competency. Attending a National Leadership Conference will not only strengthen your conviction about authentic biblical parenting, but will also equip you with the skills to graciously communicate those convictions others.
The conference also offers a plethora of workshops.
